NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
AUGUST 16, 2018 AT 7:00 PM

The Jamestown Rural Fire District plans to submit a Community Facilities Application to USDA-Rural Development.

The application being submitted would request $2.8 million loan for the Purchase/Renovation/Equipping and Addition to a New Fire Hall located at 1209 9th St SE, Jamestown, ND.

A Mill Levy Increase vote was done on June 19th at a Special Election Vote, for to increase Mill Levy up to 10 Mills to provide funding for payment for this project.

A Public hearing will be held at August 16, 2018 at 7:00 PM at 205 3rd Ave NW, Jamestown current Jamestown Rural Fire Hall to obtain views and answer questions related to project economic and environmental impacts, service area and alternatives to the project.
