This meeting is open to the public and will be held at the new Jamestown Rural Fire Department facility located at 1209 9th Street SE, Jamestown, ND. Seller may consider bids under the appraised value but reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Sealed Bid Instructions:
- Bid price must be in a sealed envelope with “building bid” written on the surface of the envelope.
- Bid information must include: Bidder name, mailing address, contact number, bid price.
- Bids may be mailed to: Jamestown Rural Fire District, PO Box 785, Jamestown ND 58402-0785
- Bids may also be hand-delivered to the Jamestown Rural Fire Department on Thursday, July 23rd from 5 pm -7 pm. Prior to the start of the Jamestown Rural Fire District meeting.

As you will note, there is no fishing component to our event this year. Unfortunately, due to ice conditions (specifically flooding and releases from the dams even through the winter) all recreational activities have been prohibited on the Jamestown Reservoir for the winter.
